What began as a commercial and residential signmaking enterprise over 10 years ago has evolved into a personalized abrasive-etched glassware company. All of our items are individually made and our goal is to provide a quality product at an affordable price. We strive for complete customer satisfaction. Our guarantee to you is that you must be completely satisfied with the product or we will refund your money. Our Business Although our primary business is personalized abrasive-etched glass, we have also developed a line of etched stainless steel products that are both unique and distictive. While the items shown are standard layouts, we welcome the opportunity to customize any item exactly the way you want it. Nearly all of our designs are interchangable between glass types and/or stainless items. If you have an idea and need assistance designing or already have a graphic you wish to use simply let us know and we will work out the details. Our products make great gifts with a personal touch for wedding parties, reunions, and holidays or for corporate and organizational awards. Ordering and Discounts We have attempted to design this site to be as "user friendly" as possible. Our orders page will accommodate orders of up to 12 items with discounts applied at 4, 8, ans 12 items. For orders larger than 12 we have provided a Custom Orders page. This allows us to to offer the best deal on pricing and shipping. Payment Our preferred method of payment is through the convenience and security of PayPal.TM Don't have a PayPalTM account? No problem, they will process your credit card as well. If you prefer not to use PayPalTM, we will accept money orders or personal checks. Please note, for obvious reasons, we will be unable to process the order until a personal check clears. Other than that, our turnaround time is usually a couple of days. Privacy At Esigns4u.com, we are more interested in selling you custom etched glassware than selling your personal information. It is our policy NOT to sell, give away, distribute, hand out or otherwise share any personal information we obtain from you to third parties. In fact the only time we knowingly will provide any information to any one outside of this direct business transaction is if it would be required to investigate any fraudulent activity.
