CUSTOM ORDERS
We welcome inquiries on custom ordering. If you have a graphic file or design that you would like to have etched please do not hesitate to contact us. In order to simplify the custom ordering process for you we have listed a few helpful guidelines below.
- 1. If you are sending us a graphic please send it to us in a "vectored" format such as Adobe Illustrator (.ai file) or a .wmf file. Also please be sure that it is in black and white (no colors please).
- 2. Please be sure to include your ship-to zip code so that we may accurately determine shipping charges.
- 3. Please let us know what item(s) you are interested in putting your graphic on.
SHIPPING
In our history of shipping our products we have found that USPS Priority Mail affords the most safe and secure method of shipment. Inherently, glass is both fragile and heavy which translates into higher shipping costs. We do ship via Priority Mail (with the exception of shot glasses, which are shipped via First Class Mail if the total weight is under 13 oz.) We also add $1 per order for shipping materials. With the exception of production runs and unusually large orders we ship within 5 business days of payment receipt.

What began in 1991 as a commercial and residential sandblasted redwood sign company has evolved over the years to our current status as a maker of abrasive etched customized glassware. We are a small company, and, as such, we are able to provide a quality personalized product at a reasonable price.
